Print Order Form

A letter report provides information in the form of a letter as to property ownership, taxes, liens, and encumbrances of record since the current owner acquired the title to the property. The search does not go back beyond the current owner (unless requested to do so) and does not provide title insurance. To order a letter report, you may either complete the following form and and click send, or print and fax, or mail to Landmark Title.
