To open a construction escrow, you may either complete the following form and click send, or print and mail it to Landmark Title. In addition, you must complete the Construction Escrow Agreement, Individual Draw Breakdown, Final Construction Lien Affidavit and Agreement and Waiver of Lien (each form opens in a new window), and print and fax, or mail to Landmark Title. The Construction Escrow Agreement must be completed and furnished to Landmark Title Corporation prior to the first draw. A Draw Request form must be be completed and furnished to Landmark Title Corporation for each draw, together with supporting Lien Waivers. Upon receipt of the forms, Landmark will complete and confirm the agreement with you and make arrangements as to future fund transfers and dispursements.
