Landmark Title Corporation was incorporated in 1981 as an independently owned agency by Al Quadraccia and Tashe Bozinovski to provide prompt, accurate, and dependable service to real estate professionals. In addition to title insurance, Landmark Title provides loan closing services and construction escrow and inspection services. Our underwriter is Commonwealth Land Title Insurace Corporation, which was the first title insurance company established in the USA. We also have affiliate Landmark Title offices in Racine and Walworth Counties.
