To open a 1031 (Starker Exchange) Escrow, you may either complete the following form and click send, or print and mail it to Landmark Title. In addition, you must complete the Section 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange Letter, 1031 Escrow Agreement and Identification of Replacement Property (each form opens in a new window), and print and fax, or mail to Landmark Title. The 1031 Agreement must be completed and furnished to Landmark Title Corporation at or prior to closing. The Replacement Property Identification form must be completed and returned to Landmark Title Corporation within 45 days of the closing date of the property being sold. Upon receipt of the forms, Landmark will complete and confirm the agreement with you and make arrangements as to future fund transfers and dispursements.
